Rep-It Up

Whether you are interested in hitting your personal best, getting a killer workout or leaving class saying, ‘wow, I just did like a 1000 reps and I feel AMAZING’ Rep It Up! has you in mind. This class is fantastic at taking muscle conditioning and cardio exercising and making them challenging and rewarding. We have one goal in mind with this class, AMRAP! (As many reps as possible) we are total badass weight lifting machines, comfortably pushing our bodies to build muscle and increase our cardiovascular system. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to have a sleeker, toner body, build muscle or lose weight Rep It Up! will have you doing all of this at the same time!
