Pole Fitness

Once you have spent time building a solid foundation with the ins and outs of Pole Fitness it is time to move away from Beginner Pole Fitness and into Level 2. Here the focus shifts from the basics and moves towards more advanced movements. Both spins and body inversions will challenge you in this class, therefore we require you to progress through the beginner class before Level 2. Get ready to step up your game and wow anyone who is lucky enough to check out your moves!
