Mommy & Me is designed to get our bodies back in shape after the journey of pregnancy and birth. Our abdominals are stretched during pregnancy and gaining weight is a natural thing. The structure of the class is to bring those abdominal muscles back together with a safe core routine that will not damage those muscles any further. This class will also tone up the whole body and burn calories.
During the workout babies and toddlers have the freedom to watch, explore and play while moms focus on their workout. It is also great when our moms to have their babies and toddlers join in on the action!
