Hardass & Tight Core

Hardass and Tight Core is a focused class; it only has two things in mind, a rocking ass and a strong core. The two major muscle groups involved in this workout are the Glutes (booty) and the Abdominals (core). This class has a fantastic mix of exercises that will target those trouble spots and turn them into your defining features! The music will be pumping, energy will be high; we aren’t just going to get results we are going to make sure we enjoy the journey to a six-pack and a sculpted butt!
