A BOSU is a beautiful piece of equipment, we love it so much we want to give you a workout where it is the star of the show! The extremely versatile BOSU can be used on both sides, and elevates everything from simple movements to more elevated exercises by adding in balance. This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class has you working out in rounds, at your own pace, so whether you are new to using a BOSU or a seasoned pro you will find a comfortable challenge in working with one of these bad boys. If you want knockout results without lifting a single weight, this is the workout for you. Core do Force is unlike any other MMA-inspired workout around. This cardio conditioning workout expands on the movements seen with traditional Kickboxing classes by adding in exhilarating Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations and mixes them with fat-blasting cardio and bodyweight moves to help you zero in on stubborn belly fat and carve allover definition. You’ll move through 3-minute “rounds” in which you’ll alternate between various fighting combinations with bodyweight moves and cardio spikes to kick your calorie burn into overdrive. No matter what your fitness level, you can punch, kick, and sweat at your own pace. Even better? There’s no equipment required. Your body is the only weapon you need to fight hard in every single workout.

This class is fantastic at taking muscle conditioning and cardio exercising and making them challenging and rewarding. We have one goal in mind with this class, AMRAP! (As many reps as possible) we are total badass weight lifting machines, comfortably pushing our bodies to build muscle and increase our cardiovascular system. Head-To-Toe Sculpt

No cardio, no impact, do you even sweat? Oh yes, yes you will; Head-to-Toe Sculpt incorporates dynamic movements which work multiple muscle groups at the same time. Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout, it’s lasted for decades for one simple reason: It delivers results. Using a raised platform, you will step up, around and down in different patterns creating an incredible cardio workout. Some of the benefits of Step is boosting your heart rate and strengthening your muscles. Step aerobics range from simple to advanced, this class is easy to learn and difficult to master, which is what we love here at the studio! Regular sessions will provide both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Incorporating both upper and lower body movements together will improve your coordination and agility, and the constant push up onto the step will increase leg strength

Kangoo

Kangoo is one of our hottest new classes of the year and will completely turn you into a gym bunny! Kangoo is a 45-minute intense cardiovascular workout that combines dance, jumping and hoping into choreographed movements that go to high energy beats. In this class, you wear Kangoos, (footwear that look like ski boots connected to egg-shaped springs), creating a design that focuses on ‘rebound exercise’, which decreases the impact to your joints by 80%!
